Thanks to this, the finished product has a wonderful sweet and sour taste, a wonderful dark brown almost black color, a unique aroma of natural grapes, nuanced by the smell of the wood of the barrel, where the vinegar has been aged for 25 years. Casa Rinaldi's traditional balsamic vinegar is ideal with fresh vegetable salads, aromatic herbs, cheese, meat and fish and will add a spicy touch to any sauce. The acidity of the product is 6%.
