Since I was a child, I always tried to strive to do more, from building a fort to fundraising for my school’s soccer team, to working full-time at the
age of sixteen throughout Europe and then Bermuda.
I think it was this full-range of life experiences that has allowed me to understand the multi-tasking profession which encompasses working while managing a restaurant.
In writing this cookbook, I wanted to not just present my recipes, but create a full and well-rounded experience of the Italian way of living. You will note that, for each recipe, I have outlined wines to compliment each dish as well as an explanation of
